Privacy and control

Your life is the input.
It is not the product.

Written in plain language, because a privacy page nobody can read protects nobody. This describes how LifeHeim is being built; the formal policy ships with the app. The data controller is Avanheim OÜ, an Estonian private limited company.

What's stored

Your tasks, the plans you approved or rejected, your calendar connections, and the plain-sentence memory Rory keeps about how you work. That's it - LifeHeim doesn't collect contacts, location history or anything it doesn't need to plan your day.

Never used to train anyone's model

Your content is not used to train foundation models, ours or anyone else's. When Rory needs a model to reason, only the minimum context for that request is sent, and it is not retained for training.

Approval gates, everywhere it matters

Calendar writes, outgoing messages and new long-term memories all require an explicit approval from you. There is no setting that turns this off, because that's the product.

Export and delete

Export everything as a readable file at any time. Delete a single memory, a project, or the whole account - account deletion removes your data from live systems immediately and from backups within 30 days.

Who can see it

Support engineers, only when you ask for help and only for as long as it takes to resolve it. Every such access is logged. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
