A few answers first.

When can I use LifeHeim?

LifeHeim is pre-launch. Everything you see is being shaped with early testers right now, and it is coming to iOS and Android. Join the waitlist at the bottom of any page and we will write once - when LifeHeim opens on your platform.

Will Rory change anything without asking me?

No. Every plan, reschedule and message is a proposal with Approve and Adjust, so Rory has no silent write access to your day. There is no setting that turns this off, because that is the product.

How Rory decides

How do I see or delete what LifeHeim knows about me?

What Rory knows about you is a list of plain sentences you can open, correct or delete, and the change takes effect immediately. You can export everything as a readable file at any time. Deleting your account removes your data from live systems immediately and from backups within 30 days.

How your data is handled

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. Your content is not used to train foundation models, ours or anyone else's. When Rory needs a model to reason, only the minimum context for that request is sent, and it is not retained for training.
